- You can add an engraving on the inside of your ring band. Please note that this is a subtle detail and won't be visible when wearing the ring.
- The engraving can be up to 15 characters. Symbols should be enclosed in asterisks for our design team to understand.
- Size and Fit+
The band of the Comfort ring is 2.2mm wide. Not sure about your ring size? You can still order your ring! Just select the ‘Order free ring sizer’ option on the product page and we will ship you a ring sizer by post so that you can measure your finger and get your exact size. Once you know the correct size, send us your information by email and we’ll make sure it’s a perfect fit!
This ring can be resized up to 2 sizes up or down. Simply email us at info@kimai.com with your order number and instructions on how you would like the ring changed and we’ll arrange a return for resize. At the moment, we do not cover the shipping cost for a resize.
- Return and Resize Policy+We offer 1 free resizing (3 sizes down or up only) for this ring but shipping will need to be covered by you. We don’t accept returns on any rings.
- Holiday Extended Return Policy+
To help you shop with confidence this season, we've extended our normal return window. Any purchases made between the 25th of November and the 25th of December can be returned up to 5 weeks after purchase.
