- Quality and warrantyAll our engagement rings are made to order in Antwerp by talented jewellers. We therefore, can't accept any returns but if for any reason your ring is damaged due to manufacturing, we’ll repair or replace it, no questions asked. Our rings come with lifetime warranty. As all our pieces are made to order for you, it takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be shipped. If you need to get it faster please reach out to [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you.
We ship worldwide and a signature is required at delivery. All import taxes and duties are included in the final price for US, UK, EU and UAE orders, so no surprises at arrival.
