Step 2: We Collect Your Piece
We will get in touch to organise your collection at your preferred time slot. This will be collected by DHL and brought to us within 2-4 days.
Step 3: We Renew Your Piece
Once we have received your old jewelry, we work closely with our artisans to give it a new lease of life so you can love it, and wear it, for longer!
Step 4: We Return Your Piece
Once it is ready, we will send you an email and organise the return of your jewelry to you and we hope you'll love it as much as we do!
Deep Clean & Polish
We will thoroughly and carefully clean and polish your jewelry to make it look and feel as good as new!
Repair & Resize
We can carefully repair your jewelry to make it more durable and we can also resize any piece you own to make sure it fits your perfectly.
Redesign
Get in touch with us and we can make small alterations or redesigns to your piece as you desire.

What kind of jewelry can I bring?
Anything (bracelet, necklaces, ring or earrings) as long as it is made from 18k solid gold.
What kind of alternations can I make?
Depending on each piece, one of our team designers will assist you to see what are the possibilities based on your desires.
How long does the cleaning process take?
It can take between 5 to 10 days. Once the piece is ready someone from our team will contact you to organise it’s return.
Can I choose a delivery service to get my jewelry back?
We usually ship with DHL Express. However, if you are based in London you can collect the piece from our offices instead.
If I am not satisfied with the end result, is it possible to get a refund or return?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept any returns or issue refunds for the bespoke pieces. To avoid any surprise or disappointment our team will share sketches and as much information as possible to make sure you will be satisfied with your renewed piece of jewelry.
